Don’t forget to tell me the name or other short message that you’d like me to write in the book! The easiest way to do this is to add the book to your basket, then view your basket and follow the link labelled Proceed to checkout, after which you’ll see a box labelled Order notes near the top of the screen next to your billing information – just write what you’d like me to put here. If you forget to do it at this stage, don’t worry – you can send me a message afterwards instead.

My prices for postage and packing include first class postage within the UK or International Standard within Europe (3-5 working days to Western Europe; a little longer to Eastern Europe) and if you’re ordering from outside Europe you can choose between International Standard and International Economy. If you need your copy in a hurry, please contact me for an individual quote.
